Self employed French mortgages
If you are self employed, and you’ve bought a property before, then you know that the process is more complicated than if you were employed, but it is still possible. Essentially the banks will want to see more of a track record, so they will normally ask for the last 3 years accounts, and will calculate your income on the average of the last 3 years profits. It may be possible to get a bank to only use 2 years accounts, if there is a justifiable reason.
