By continuing to browse or use you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and our associated Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. Please read carefully before use.

  1. Who We Are

We are WORLDWIDE PROPERTY COMPANY (UK) LTD (09730667) with registered address at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street London EC2A 4NE and are the owners of the website.

The terms the “Company” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

We are not a property sales or lettings agency. We are the provider of the website. It is our partners, which includes [estate agents, commercial agents, landlords and home developers and overseas home owners] that are referred to as “partners”, that display property details for you to view. Our website displays these properties on behalf of our partners.

  1. General Terms

Our aim is to allow individuals to travel or locate overseas by providing properties that are a perfect match for them.

How do we do this?

Our website acts as a platform for our partners to display and market various overseas properties. This allows you to view and search our website for your dream property.

When you make an enquiry on our website through our contact form, whether it in relation to a specific property or a generic enquiry, we will then connect you to one of our partners who will be able to assist you with finding a property suitable for you.

Any contractual relationship formed in respect of a property displayed on our website, or general enquiry, will be with one of our partners and not with the Company. As noted below and in section 5 of these terms and conditions, the Company will not be liable for any issues or claim that arise from the enquiry or property. Our partners will ultimately hold all liability and responsibility with regards to any transaction involving any property displayed on our website.

The details of the properties displayed on the website are for information only. We do not take responsibility to verify the property details given to us by our partners and therefore give no warranties or representative as to their accuracy or completeness.

We advise that you verify the property details with our partners advertising the property before entering into any transaction in relation to the property.
