There are no specific Para-Hotelier Mortgages as all French mortgages are calculated in the same way and based on your own personal income. However there are a couple of key features, firstly that the mortgage amount is based on the full purchase price, so when you receive the tax rebate from the French government, then that is essentially a refund of your deposit. If you would like to use this rebate to reduce your French mortgage, then some banks can allow this, even if your mortgage is on a fixed interest, with early redemption penalties.
