Raw rough concrete, glass, wood and steel were the only materials used. Concrete for the structure and floors, encased in raw wood planks and polished to the ground. Wooden doors and cupboards. Steel and glass for the facades between the structural elements.

The glazed facades and without visible chassis, reflect and develop a feeling of permanent contact with nature.

The water features support the structure, giving a great transparency (inspired by the Villa Seynave Jean Prouve) for great visual lightness and spectacular cantilever.

This architecture is built on a plot of land of 2265 m2, facing south and develops 250 m2, elevated on two levels, consisting of:
