The plot of land has an 826 sqm area and capacity to build a villa with a 330 sqm gross construction area and a 248 sqm implantation area.

The plot of land had an approved project in the Oeiras City Council until last year. A project signed by the architect Mário Martins and designed to enhance the river view, as the 3Ds show.

Since it has already been approved before, the new licensing process should be simpler, if the same project is to be executed.
