Architecture and Preliminary Study finalized for a V4 single storey house with 253.70m2 of Gross Private Area, located in the urban subdivision of Pestana Brejos Baixo, located in Brejos da Carregueira de Baixo. The architectural project was conceived by the GSS Architecture Office – GONÇALO SALAZAR DE SOUSA, ARQUITETOS, inspired by the traditional and authentic style of Comporta, with thatch on the roof and the use of wood as a coating and decoration element, large windows that enhance the contact with the natural surroundings and all the landscaping based on local plants and sand.

The project includes 2 housing blocks, clad in White Ripped Wood and in Thatch, with all thatched roofs: (1) Block A with 185.10m2 of Gross Area, consisting of 2 Master Suite, Living Room with Fireplace and Kitchen; (2) Block B with 66.60 m2, comprising 2 Master Suites. In the outer area, it has a raised swimming pool (11.5 mx 3.5 m), Firepit and integrated wooden decks and landscaping that favors the plants of the area, and also with 2 parking spaces.

The implantation of the house was designed in an integrated way with the owners of the adjacent land (lots 49, 44 and 50) in order to enhance the privacy of each Project as well as the maximization of sun exposure.

The subdivision in Brejos da Carregueira de Baixo is one of the most exclusive areas of Herdade da Comporta. Pestana Brejos de Baixo will consist of 59 residential lots and 2 lots for common equipment, inserted in a closed condominium.
