About Worldwide Property Co.

Worldwide Property Co. is an international real estate brokerage helping clients discover and purchase exceptional homes across some of Europe’s most desirable destinations.

Our core markets include the French Alps, French Riviera and Balearic Islands. We combine specialist destination knowledge with an established network of property partners and trusted professionals, giving international buyers a clear and well-connected route through the purchasing process.

Our clients are often internationally mobile, time-poor and making significant lifestyle and investment decisions. They value informed guidance, discretion and a personal service built around their individual priorities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Luxury Real Estate Advisor to work with qualified international buyers exploring property ownership in the French Alps, French Riviera and Balearic Islands.

This is a relationship-led advisory role centred on understanding what each client wants from their property, how they intend to use it and which destinations are most appropriate for their lifestyle and investment goals. It is not an aggressive or high-pressure sales position.

You will spend your time speaking with prospective buyers about the destinations they enjoy, the properties they are considering and the lifestyle they envision for themselves and their families. Your role is to bring their requirements into focus, introduce suitable opportunities and guide them confidently from initial enquiry through to purchase.

All client enquiries are provided, together with comprehensive marketing and IT support. There is no requirement to conduct cold outreach.

You do not need extensive knowledge of all three destinations, but you should have strong personal or professional familiarity with at least one. With support from our wider team and property partners, you will develop your knowledge of the other markets over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with qualified international buyers
  • Hold consultative conversations to understand each client’s lifestyle, investment objectives, budget and purchasing timeline
  • Advise clients on destinations, resorts, neighbourhoods and suitable properties
  • Present carefully selected opportunities that reflect each client’s priorities
  • Arrange property viewings and help clients prepare for destination visits
  • Guide clients from their initial enquiry through to reservation, purchase and completion
  • Coordinate with property partners, developers, lawyers, mortgage advisers and other professional parties
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities and next steps within the company CRM
  • Provide consistent, professional communication throughout the client journey
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the French Alps, French Riviera and Balearic Islands with support from the wider team
  • Represent Worldwide Property Co. at appropriate client meetings and events

Who This Role Suits

This opportunity would suit someone who:

  • Has strong knowledge of at least one of the following destinations: the French Alps, French Riviera or Balearic Islands
  • Has a genuine interest in international property, travel and the lifestyles associated with these markets
  • Enjoys building relationships and holding thoughtful, client-led conversations
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with high-net-worth clients
  • Is organised, proactive and consistent with follow-up
  • Understands the importance of discretion, judgement and attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit international team
  • Is based in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai
  • Is comfortable working within a commission-based role

Experience in real estate, luxury services, hospitality, private banking, wealth management or client advisory would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Destination knowledge, communication skills and the ability to build genuine trust are equally important.

What We Offer

  • Qualified international client enquiries with no cold outreach
  • Uncapped commission-based earning potential
  • A flexible full-time or part-time working structure
  • Full marketing, CRM and IT support
  • Support from an experienced international property and finance team
  • Training and guidance to develop your knowledge of our key destinations
  • Access to an established network of international property partners and professional advisers
  • The opportunity to work with high-value properties and internationally mobile clients
  • A friendly, professional and collaborative team culture
  • Scope to develop your role as the company’s Dubai presence continues to grow

Working Arrangement

This is a Dubai-based, in-person position and is not a remote role. The working structure can be adapted on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the experience and availability of the successful candidate.

We also host occasional client events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and advisors may meet clients in person when appropriate.

How to Apply

To apply, please complete the form below and upload your CV together with a brief note explaining your background, your knowledge of at least one of our core destinations and what attracts you to this type of client advisory role.

Relevant industry experience is welcome, but destination knowledge, judgement, communication skills and a relationship-focused approach are equally important.
