About the Role
We are seeking a Luxury Property Advisor to speak with qualified international buyers who are exploring property ownership in the French Alps. This is a relationship-led advisory role, not aggressive sales.
You’ll spend your days having interesting conversations with clients about where they ski, how they want to use their home, and what lifestyle they envision for their family.
All leads are provided, along with full marketing and IT support. Your role is to guide, advise, and help clients move confidently from initial interest to ownership.
This is a flexible opportunity suited to someone who understands luxury clientele, enjoys property and lifestyle conversations, and has personal familiarity with the French Alps and ski culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust
- Hold client-led conversations to understand lifestyle and investment goals
- Advise on Alpine resorts, locations, and suitable properties
- Guide clients from initial enquiry through to purchase
- Coordinate with international property partners, lawyers, and mortgage advisors
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Banking Mortgage Administrator to support the processing and management of loan applications across our private banking network. This is a detail-oriented, client-conscious role that sits at the heart of our deal execution process.
You’ll work closely with our advisors, clients, and private bank contacts to ensure applications move smoothly from instruction through to completion — managing documentation, chasing progress, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a sophisticated financial environment and understands that for clients dealing with private banks, presentation and precision matter as much as speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing mortgage and loan applications with international private banks and lenders
- Liaising between lenders, clients, lawyers, accountants, surveyors, investment managers, and insurance brokers
- Preparing and checking client submissions to meet lender requirements
- Maintaining clear case notes and keeping clients and advisors updated throughout
- Supporting compliance and KYC/AML documentation processes
- Building strong working relationships with bank relationship managers, internal advisors, and clients
Who This Role Suits
- Someone with experience in mortgage or loan administration at a private bank, wealth manager, or premium financial services firm
- Those familiar with the expectations and sensitivities of HNW and UHNW clients
- Candidates from backgrounds such as private banking, wealth management, or upmarket financial advisory firms (e.g. St. James’s Place, Investec, Arbuthnot Latham, or similar)
- Organised, precise, and proactive — someone who takes pride in getting the details right
- A confident communicator, comfortable dealing with sophisticated clients and senior bank contacts
