Client Relations Executive – Dubai

Location: UAE (Dubai)
Employment type: Full-Time
Working arrangement: Office-Based
Focus: International Property & Finance
Remuneration: Competitive base salary plus performance-related commission

About Us

Worldwide Property Co. is an international real estate brokerage and property finance group, connecting high-net-worth clients with luxury property and bespoke financial solutions across Western Europe, the Mediterranean and beyond.

We specialise in three core markets — the French Alps, French Riviera and Balearic Islands — and work with a curated network of partner agents across more than ten international markets, including Portugal, Italy, Greece, Mauritius and South Africa.

Through our finance brands, we work directly with international private banks in Monaco, Switzerland and Luxembourg for private banking solutions. For local mortgages across Europe, we connect clients with independent, locally regulated mortgage advisers.

Our clients are discerning, internationally mobile and often time-poor. Our role is to provide a trusted point of contact who can guide them from their first enquiry through to completion — across property, finance and the wider buying process.

About the Role

This is a newly created position based in our Dubai office. As Client Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries from prospective property buyers and finance clients across all three of our brands — Worldwide Property Co., Worldwide Property Finance and Pontcanna Private Finance.

Dubai is a natural home for this role. The city is a global hub for international investors and high-net-worth individuals, with a time zone that bridges European business hours and Asia-Pacific. Our clients increasingly come to us through Dubai-based networks, and having a local presence enables faster responses, warmer conversations and stronger relationships.

This is not an administrative or passive role. From day one, you will be speaking with serious buyers looking to purchase €1 million-plus properties in some of Europe’s most sought-after markets, as well as clients seeking six- and seven-figure mortgage solutions.

Your role will be to understand what each client needs, qualify their enquiry intelligently and ensure they are introduced to the right person at the right moment.

Initially, you will handle the full scope of enquiries across both property and finance. As the Dubai team grows, the role will naturally evolve, creating an opportunity to develop and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries by telephone, email and WhatsApp, responding promptly, professionally and in the tone our clients expect
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand each client’s requirements, target market, budget, timeline and level of readiness
  • Triage and route enquiries to the appropriate Property Adviser, Finance Broker or senior team member, supported by a clear and accurate handover note in Pipedrive
  • Identify suitable opportunities to introduce complementary services, including foreign exchange, furniture and interior design, and insurance
  • Make additional service introductions naturally and at the appropriate point in the client journey
  • Maintain accurate and fully up-to-date records of enquiries, conversations and next steps within Pipedrive
  • Follow up professionally with warm leads that have not yet progressed, without using a pushy sales approach
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team, highlighting anything that requires escalation or attention
  • Represent Worldwide Property Co. with warmth, credibility and professionalism at every client touchpoint

Who We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Based in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai
  • Fluent spoken and written English to a high professional standard
  • Experience handling inbound enquiries within a premium or luxury environment, such as real estate, financial services, hospitality or a similar sector
  • Confident and articulate on the telephone, with a genuine interest in holding the initial client conversation rather than relying solely on written follow-up
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own time and enquiry pipeline

Desirable

  • Knowledge of European luxury property markets
  • Experience within mortgage or financial services
  • Additional language skills, particularly French or Spanish, given our core markets in France and the Balearic Islands
  • Experience using Pipedrive or a comparable CRM platform
  • An existing network within Dubai’s real estate or high-net-worth wealth management community

Compensation

Base salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience, with further details provided during the application process.

Commission: A percentage of company revenue from qualifying introductions that result in a completed property sale or finance transaction.

Earning potential: Our clients typically transact at €1 million-plus in property and €500,000-plus in mortgages, with commissions structured to reflect the value of completed business.

What We Offer

  • A newly created role with genuine scope to help shape its development
  • Responsibility for a broad range of enquiries, with a natural path towards specialisation as the Dubai team grows
  • A lean, fast-moving international business at an exciting stage of its development
  • A visible position where your contribution matters and strong results are recognised
  • Direct exposure to high-net-worth clients from your first day
  • A professional and supportive team culture across our UK and European operations
  • The independence and opportunity that come with being one of the first team members based in Dubai
