Just 2 km from the village, in the heart of a charming hamlet, this 18th-century stone property enjoys an exceptional location and offers spectacular views of the Alpilles rocks.

This unique house is hard to define. Originally a sheepfold according to its history, it feels more like a bastide with unconventional lines, thanks to its volumes and style. Carefully restored, it combines the character of stone with soft, bright contemporary vibes, making it a particularly pleasant and easy-to-live-in home.

The living areas, which open widely to the outside, include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace insert, and a dining room. The house also has 3 bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms, and a shower room. Additionally, there’s a guest bedroom.

Outside, two large stone terraces run along parts of the building, naturally extending the living spaces.

The garden has a lot of charm: rose bushes, a stone fountain, and greenery make up the foreground, before giving way to an olive grove arranged in terraces. The land continues like this all the way to the foot of the Alpilles, which dominate the landscape.

A unique property where the architecture, garden, and immediate proximity to the Alpilles create a setting that’s as original as it is pleasant to live in.
