6. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data where necessary to deliver our services or to comply with our legal obligations.
Property Partners
We operate in two ways depending on the opportunity:
- Direct representation — where we work directly with a developer, we act as their sales representative. In these cases, your personal data may be shared with the developer as part of the transaction process.
- Introducer — where we work with third-party estate agents, we act as an introducer to give our clients access to the wider market. In these cases, we may share your contact details with the relevant agent so they can engage with you directly.
In both cases, we only share the data necessary to progress your enquiry or transaction.
Financing Partners
We act solely as an introducer for all financing arrangements. Depending on your circumstances and requirements, we may introduce you to one of the following:
- A mortgage adviser — who will conduct their own fact-find and provide regulated mortgage advice independently of Worldwide Property Co.
- A private bank — who will engage with you directly and provide advice in accordance with their own regulatory framework and terms.
We do not provide mortgage or financial advice ourselves. Any advice you receive will be from the party to whom you have been introduced, and their own terms and privacy policy will apply to that relationship.
Professional Service Partners
We maintain a panel of English-speaking professionals including lawyers, notaries, accountants, and surveyors across our key markets. Where you request an introduction, we may share your contact details with the relevant party so they can contact you directly. We do not share your data with these partners without a relevant enquiry from you.
Technology & Service Providers
We use a range of technology platforms to operate our business efficiently and securely. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. They are grouped by function below:
- Analytics & Tag Management — tools that help us understand how our website is used and measure the performance of our marketing
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) — platforms used to manage client records, communications, and pipeline
- Email Marketing & Automation — services used to send newsletters, property alerts, and automated follow-up communications
- Forms & Lead Capture — tools used to power enquiry forms, assessments, and qualification questionnaires on our website
- Scheduling & Communications — platforms used for booking calls, video meetings, and telephony
- Video & Webinar Hosting — platforms used to host and deliver online events and recorded content
- Accounting & Finance — software used for invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping
- File Storage & Workflow Automation — secure cloud storage and process automation tools used internally
All technology providers are selected on the basis of their security standards and, where applicable, their compliance with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and equivalent frameworks.
Social Media Platforms
We maintain a presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). If you interact with our content on these platforms, the platform’s own privacy policy will apply to that interaction. We may use these platforms’ advertising tools to show relevant content to audiences — this is governed by your cookie preferences and the platform’s own settings.
Legal & Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose your personal data to courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies where required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Worldwide Property Co. or others.
7. International Data Transfers
As an international business, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA), including the United Arab Emirates, where our company is registered.
Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

- Transfers to countries with an adequacy decision from the UK or EU

10. Data Security
We take the security of your personal data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure.
These measures include encrypted data storage, access controls, secure communications, and regular review of our systems and practices. Where we engage third-party providers, we require them to maintain equivalent security standards.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with our legal obligations.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including developer sites, partner portals, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal data.
