Fréjus – Spacious bastide “en pierre” with 7 living units (approx. 500 m2) with sea view to Saint-Tropez, located in the quiet Tour de Mare district. The bastide with swimming pool has a rustic construction. There are 4 studios each with its own kitchen, bathroom and entrance and in addition there are 2 individual apartments of which 1 with 3 rooms. The main house, with 2 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and spacious living room with fireplace is approximately 225 m2. This house has a covered terrace of approximately 37 m2 and a large terrace, continuously in the garden, with a sea view.

The garden, with olive trees, palm trees and cypresses, is completely fenced, equipped with a large swimming pool and a beautiful fountain. The terrain is situated on a higher level in the neighbourhood and this heights is been well used and gives a lot of privacy. There even is a watchtower from which one can enjoy a view of the entire region! In front of the building there is a spacious parking area to which the exclusive right of use applies and on the plot there is a carport for 3 cars.
