Halloween Parties & Events
This picturesque mountain village has a wide range of activities for this time of year, including face-painting workshops, Jack’o lantern making workshops and a free Halloween party. It starts at 5pm on Wednesday 31 October.
If dressing up is not quite your thing, book at the tourist office for a lovely guided tour of the village. You can visit the chapels and medieval buildings featuring some exquisite stonemason work from centuries gone by. The Botanic Garden is open and features a 12th century castle ruin, 13th century chapel and exquisite water features.
The tourist office will also organise a variety of daily activities. These include wine tastings, cooking courses, film viewings and even live music events. The village market runs each Wednesday, from 7am till 1pm. Here you will find a wide variety of locally produced fruit and vegetables, cheeses, arts and crafts as well as meat and fish. This is a good opportunity to mix with the locals and practice your French!
