The Espace Diamant ski area includes the following 6 French ski resorts: Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Flumet, Crest Voland Cohennoz, Les Saises, Hauteluce and Praz sur Arly. The relevant ski lift pass will give visitors access to a total of 186 km of downhill ski slopes, 226 pistes, 7 snow parks and 3 boarder-crosses, all served by 136 ski lifts. There are 16 black pistes, 70 red, 91 blue and 49 green making the area conveniently suitable for all abilities.

There are a variety of winter activities should you wish to try something other tan skiing, and include The Yooner, a slider device in Praz sur Arly and Flumet, hot air ballooning, spa treatments, ski joering, snowshoeing, mushing, snow driving, skibob and even the Mountain Twister toboggan run. There are also a variety of children’s activities such as themed trails, ski school and babysitting services. Annual festivals and events are organised frequently. The apre ski atmosphere is lively and there are often live music performances in Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, the paino bar in Crest Voland Cohennoz is definitely worth a visit. Each resort has a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops and services including a post office, ATM, foreign exchange, patisserie and medical facilities.

Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and Crest Voland Cohennoz are conveniently linked by a free shuttle service, so you can easily travel from one to the other to explore the villages and surrounds. You could try your hand at dog sledding through the forests of Les Saises, an exhilarating ride and one that is extremely popular so be sure to book in advance. There is a beautiful ice skating rink in Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe and this is also a popular activity for visitors. Guided tours to the nearby farms are always interesting and as an added bonus you will be able to taste and buy the locally made cheeses at the source.
